Returns and Exchanges Policy

After 15 days of receipt: No returns will be accepted.

ARLU Home (formerly Winter Park Towel Co.) wants you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase online and is committed to excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange unused merchandise in its original packaging within 15 days from when you received it. Additional restrictions may apply, please see below for return guidelines.

To receive a Return Authorization Number, please call our support line at 800-860-8970 within fifteen (15) days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted without a RA#.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee (excludes items that are incorrect/defective).
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to items that have been removed from the manufacture’s packaging.

Returned merchandise must comply with the following condition guidelines:

The manufactures original packaging must be included with all returns.
Items must not have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
Items must not have been damaged by pollutants such as cigarette/ cigar smoke or embedded fragrances and items such as cologne/perfume.
Items must be completely free of any Human Hair, Animal Hair, Dander, or Dirt.

Customized Products:

Custom ordered items such as custom sizing/colors, monograms, etc. cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed and are not returnable.

Exchanges:

There will be a $15 exchange fee in place of the 10% restocking fee. Items must adhere to the same condition guidelines stated above.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If any item is damaged upon receipt please notify us immediately and we will make arrangements for a replacement. If an incorrect item was shipped in error we will replace the item as quickly as possible and issue a return label for the incorrect item at no cost to you.

 

Shipping Instructions:

Unless items are defected or incorrect, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. ARLU Home. is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit. We recommend that you ship and insured you items for the full purchase price by a trackable carrier (e.g. UPS or FedEx).

We will inspect all returned merchandise and return it to you without a refund if item does not comply with our standards. If we find the item returned to be in good condition we will refund you the purchase price less any shipping and restocking fees within 5-7 business days. You will be refunded in full if the return is the result of a manufacturer error.
